We Are Excited To Meet You

  • When you arrive, one of our friendly client care specialists will warmly welcome you and your pet and help with check-in.
  • A skilled veterinary technician will take you to the exam room and begin by discussing your pet’s medical history, current health, and the reason for your visit.
  • Our experienced veterinarian will perform a thorough exam, ask additional questions, and may suggest diagnostic tests that can usually be done right here in our clinic. After the tests, your doctor will explain the findings and recommend a treatment plan if necessary. This is a perfect time to ask any questions — our caring team wants you to feel confident and comfortable with every detail.
  • A veterinary technician will return to wrap up, provide helpful pet care tips, answer your wellness questions, and review home care instructions.
  • Our client care specialists or veterinary technicians will handle your payment and assist in scheduling any follow-up visits.
  • If after you get home you remember questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to call or email us. We’re happy to support you and your pet every step of the way.

Stress-Free Environment

Many pets enjoy coming to see us, while some may feel nervous. Our entire team is committed to making your pet’s visit as calm and stress-free as possible. If you have concerns about your pet’s visit or even getting them into the car, just call or email us. We’ll work together to make your appointment easier and more comfortable.

Please Note: We value your time and aim to see all our clients and pets promptly. While emergencies can cause occasional delays, we do our best to keep wait times to a minimum.

Payment Policy

Payment for all services is expected at the time of your visit. For returning clients, we accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and Care Credit. Learn more about Care Credit at CareCredit.com.

New clients will be asked to pay by credit card or cash at their first appointment.

Starting April 1st, 2026, a small update to our payment policy will take effect: a 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

Credit card processing costs have risen, so this helps us keep our prices fair and transparent by applying fees only to credit card payments rather than increasing prices overall.

To avoid this fee, you can pay by cash or debit card. For debit, please select “debit” at checkout and enter your PIN to skip the fee.

We’ll continue to clearly communicate this policy during check-in, check-out, and with signs in our hospital to ensure no surprises. This approach helps us invest in high-quality care, equipment, and our dedicated team while maintaining fair pricing for everyone.
