What to Expect at Your First Visit
We believe your first visit should feel welcoming and unhurried. Our team will take time to review your pet’s history, discuss any concerns you have, and perform a thorough physical examination. Whether you’re bringing in a new puppy or kitten, an adult pet due for a checkup, or a new addition who needs to establish care, we’ll make sure you leave feeling informed and confident about your pet’s health plan.
New clients are encouraged to bring any previous veterinary records, vaccination history, and a list of any medications or supplements your pet is currently taking. If you have a fecal sample (for intestinal parasite screening), that’s helpful to bring along too.
Online Forms & Easy Check-In
To make your first visit as smooth as possible, you can complete your new client registration online ahead of time. Visit our online forms page to get started. Our cloud-based system allows for digital signatures, keeping the check-in process quick and paperless.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks. We also offer Cherry payment plans for flexible financing, and CareCredit for clients who prefer a healthcare credit option. Pet insurance is welcomed — if you have an active policy, bring your insurance information and we can assist with documentation.
